Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in managing all Marketing functions within our growing organization. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing the Prospere Companies marketing team and vendors, division marketing budgets along with overall marketing strategy. This role will work closely with the executive leadership team and support the company’s marketing goals and efforts while maintaining consistent growth within company KPIs surrounding organic and paid functions. The Director of Marketing will report directly to the CEO of Prospere Companies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy: Define target audience segments, value propositions, and lead generation strategies.
  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor and manage marketing team members including: direct marketing specialist, content creation specialist, and external vendors.
  • Hold the marketing team accountable for meeting deadlines, executing campaigns effectively, and delivering measurable results through structured performance reviews and goal tracking.
  • Budget management: Manage the marketing budget effectively and track ROI on marketing initiatives across all divisions.
  • Lead generation strategy: Create a strategy and work with team to execute campaigns across multiple channels (digital, content, events, email, social media) to generate qualified leads and drive new client acquisition.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Brand building: Enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Event management: Create strategy to plan and execute industry events with marketing and sales team.
  • Own brand standards and messaging: Ensure all marketing and communication efforts align with the company’s brand guidelines and standards.
  • Lead marketing training: Conduct quarterly training for marketing best practices for the entire organization.

    COMPETENCIES
  • To perform the job successfully, an individual must demonstrate the following competencies:
  • B2B Experience 5+ years
  • Strong Organization – exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong digital experience and understanding of Google and Meta platforms
  • Knowledge in content and social media management systems
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Hubspot
  • Figure it out Factor – must be a self-starter that can use research and strategic thinking to push beyond the ask with the ability to solve problems creatively and independently.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job supervises two internal team members and all marketing vendors. 5+ years in a supervisory role preferred.

Compensation:  

$100,000 - $115,000 Base + Bonus
