ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments, meetings (in-person and virtual), brand events, and prepare meeting agendas, and schedule conference calls

• Prepare reports and financial data

• Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls, handling issues properly, and transferring or relaying messages internally or externally

• Answer, screen, direct, and respond on behalf of Executive emails for multiple accounts.

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, bookings, and hotel reservations

• Create correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and any other ad-hoc projects that come up.

• Assistance with maintaining CRM database (HubSpot, Zapier, Mail Parser)

• Company Event planning

• Organize and sustain a filing system, filing correspondence, and other records

• Manage time effectively to meet and exceed deadlines

• Manage Executives' time effectively so that he and she can focus on the most important tasks

• Manage Executives' social media accounts

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Associate degree (A.A.) from a college or technical school; or four years related experience with C-level executives; or equivalent combination of education or experience. Prior experience is non-negotiable.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Artificial Intelligence, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Eligible Driver’s License

COMPENSATION:

$60,000 - $70,000 Base + Bonus
